Spring in Our Steps Alley Cleanup - Pitt and Ceylon

Join Spring in Our Steps near Hollister & Vine to bring attention to the oldest, most intact street surface in Cincinnati! The alleys of the Hollister Triangle are likely the oldest outside the downtown basin, predating Hollister Street itself! We will bring Pitt and Ceylon Alleys back to great standing, renewing focus on the block that stands to be nominated as an historic district. During the cleanup we’ll break down branches and bag debris, which will set the stage for spraying the alley surfaces with nontoxic vinegar treatment. All in all, the outing will return the alley connection to a picturesque walking state, between McMillan and Vine.
