- Please plan to arrive early so we can all leave in a punctual fashion
- We will meet in front of Community Happens Here
- Ride leaders will be there by 1:45pm to answer any questions

**Distance: 18 miles**

**Difficulty:**
- **Advanced Beginner and above**
- All riders should be comfortable with basic bike-handling and traffic skills
- We will regroup as needed throughout the ride

**Terrain:**
Mostly rolling with a couple bigger hills in the range of 5-7% grade

*Climbs (steeper than +4% grade):*
- Waxwing Drive between Hunt and Lobelia (~0.5 mi; max 5% grade)
- Cooper Road (on multi-use path) + part of Carpenter Run (~0.6 mi; max 5% grade)

*Descents (steeper than neg 4% grade):*
- Waxwing Drive between Eldora and Hunt (~0.3 mi; max neg 7% grade)

**Traffic stress:**
- ~90% of this ride will be on low-traffic streets and multi-use paths

*Higher-stress areas:*
- The busiest area will be riding between Pleasant Ridge and Silverton on Montgomery Road on our way out, and through the center of Pleasant Ridge on our way to the finish at Nine Giant. Except for ~5 blocks, all of this stretch will be in the bike lane.
- We will be there to share traffic tips and help you feel comfortable

**Post-ride:**
- Let's gather at <a href="https://www.ninegiant.com/brewpub" target="_blank">Nine Giant</a> after the ride!
- We should be done with the ride by about 4:30pm.

Every Monday is Kids Day at MoBo Bicycle Co-op in Northside! Kids can come learn to fix their bikes and enjoy bike-related programming all year long. Each participant will receive a free used bike and learn how to fix and maintain it! This event is geared towards people aged 5-16.

Join students, parents, and friends of Pleasant Ridge Montessori for the inaugural year of the PRM Bike Bus! This is an incredibly fun and empowering opportunity for your student at PRM to be an active participant in their travel to school. Siblings and friends are welcome too!

Brewvolution! 2026 #3: The Mill Creek Valley Ride 100 Mile Overnighter

Discover ride led by Ride the Cov.  ——— Dates: 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from November to April (yes, we are riding through the winter! 😁) Time/Place: Winter rides happen November, February and March on the 2nd and 4th Saturday. We gather at the Goosegirl fountain at 2pm. Distance: 7-10 Miles (we’ll take it easy on the hills) Time required: About 1.75 Hours Who: You and whoever you invite? It's better to ride together. We’ll have people there a lil' early to do a quick safety check and pump up tires should you need. The Cincinnati Cycle Club Honor Ride showcases the beauty and challenge of riding through rural Clermont, Brown, Highland, and Clinton counties on the Saturday after Memorial Day. Cyclists enjoy scenic farms, quaint towns, covered bridges, and low-traffic roads while honoring veterans who have served our country.  All proceeds are donated to Honor Flight Tri-State, an organization that provides free charter flights for World War II, Korean, and Vietnam War veterans, enabling them to visit their memorials in Washington, D.C.

Cincinnati Recycling & Reuse Hub is partnering with Mobo Bicycle Coop and Queen City Bike for a special collection of bicycles, bike tires, and tubes for reuse and recycling.

Donated bicycles, helmets, parts, and tools will be directed to MoBo Bicycle Co-op for their youth cycling programs, and to Queen City Bike for their Mobility Together program.

And bring your old bicycle tires and tubes—these will also be recycled!

About MoBo:

MoBo Bicycle Coop is a volunteer coop that works to teach children and adults how to fix their own bicycles using recycled parts diverted from landfills. Bikes and parts donated will, depending on size and condition, be used to teach children and teens bike repair and be taken home for free, stripped into parts and recycled onto other bikes, or shined up for our annual bike sale!

Queen City Bike's Mobility Together is a program that empowers newly arrived refugees with bikes for transportation—while sharing in bike repair skills and community along the way.

Bikes are liberating and helpful in countless ways, from enabling time-efficient travel to essential destinations like ESL classes and asylum appointments; to transport of groceries and household supplies; to expansion of community joy and growth.

A bike donated to Mobility Together is guaranteed to be ridden, used, loved, and appreciated. Pedals & Preservation - Bike Month Edition

Ride Pleasant Streets meets on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month at Community Happens Here in Pleasant Ridge. We gather at 1:45 p.m.; share a route overview and safety talk at 2:00 p.m.; and wheels are rolling by 2:05 p.m. Riders from all over the metro area are welcome! 
 
These are welcoming rides with an emphasis on group ride etiquette, bike skill development, community building, and neighborhood exploration. The "1st Saturday Short" rides are <15 miles, and the "3rd Saturday Long" rides are generally 15-25 miles. 
 
Routes are varied each month. They are designed to take advantage of low-stress streets, bike lanes, and shared-use paths as much as possible. Route details are shared in advance (~2-5 days) so you can decide if the ride will be a good fit for your fitness and experience level.
