Along the way we'll enjoy the Civic Garden Center, the UC campus, Burnet Woods, the CPS Rockdale Urban Learning Garden, and Fleischmann Gardens. We'll also sample some of our more recent bike infrastructure additions, including Wasson Way Phase 6A and the Clifton Avenue Bike Lane!

Departure Time: 2:00pm
- Please plan to arrive early so we can all leave in a punctual fashion
- We will meet in front of Community Happens Here
- Ride leaders will be there by 1:45pm to answer any questions

Distance: 19 miles

Difficulty:
- Advanced Beginner and above
- All riders should be comfortable with basic bike-handling and traffic skills
- We will regroup as needed throughout the ride

Terrain:
Mostly rolling with a few short hills in the range of 5-7% grade; plus the longer climb up Montgomery on our way home

Climbs (longer than 0.5 mi and steeper than +4% grade):
- Montgomery Road as we head back to Pleasant Ridge (~0.6 mi; max ~4.5-5% grade)

Descents (longer than 0.5 mi and steeper than neg 4% grade):
- Lester Road (~1.2 mi; max neg 4-5% grade)

Traffic stress:
- ~90% of this ride will be on low-traffic streets and multi-use paths

Higher-stress areas:
- The busiest area will be riding through the center of Pleasant Ridge (on Montgomery). The multiple traffic lights, the lower traffic volume on weekends, and our presence as a group will all help to reduce the stress in this section.
- Additional busier areas will be around the UC campus. We will take advantage of some off-street options to reduce traffic pressure in key areas. 
- We will be there to share traffic tips and help you feel comfortable

Post-ride:
- Let’s gather at <a href="https://www.ninegiant.com/brewpub" target="_blank">Nine Giant</a> after the ride!
- We should be done with the ride by about 5:00pm.

Ride host MartyB and super-sweeper Joe Humpert present DisCOVeRIDE—a slow n' steady ride to explore and celebrate Covington and surrounding neighborhoods! ——— Dates: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month from April to September (we're stepping it up to TWO rides per month this year! 😁) Time/Place: 6:00pm @ MainStrasse Village at Goose Girl Fountain (Main and 6th Streets) Distance: 7-10 Miles (we’ll take it easy on the hills) Time required: About 1.75 Hours Who: You and whoever you invite? It's better to ride together. We’ll have people there a lil' early to do a quick safety check and pump up tires should you need. It's 2024, spring is the air, and we're excited to be back Slow Rolling in Norwood! This year we'll be meeting every 4th Thursday at 6:00pm.

We are meeting at Factory 52, at the green park right behind Hi-Wire and the old tower.

This ride is an opportunity to see the city of Norwood from a new perspective, pass by historic landmarks, and find new and unique cut-throughs and roads less traveled.

The ride will be 10-15 miles long and "party pace". This isn't a pace group or a training ride, but a leisurely wander across under-appreciated pavement.

We'll meet at Factory 52 at 6:00pm, and plan on rolling out at 6:20pm. You can plan on being back at the parking lot by 7:30, and we invite you to stick around and enjoy a beverage and a meal. There are a growing number of food vendors located at Factory 52.

Ride Pleasant Streets meets on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month at Community Happens Here in Pleasant Ridge. We gather at 1:45 p.m.; share a route overview and safety talk at 2:00 p.m.; and wheels are rolling by 2:05 p.m. Riders from all over the metro area are welcome! These are welcoming rides with an emphasis on group ride etiquette, bike skill development, community building, and neighborhood exploration. The "1st Saturday Short" rides are <15 miles, and the "3rd Saturday Long" rides are generally 15-25 miles. Routes are varied each month. They are designed to take advantage of low-stress streets, bike lanes, and shared-use paths as much as possible. Route details are shared in advance (~2-5 days) so you can decide if the ride will be a good fit for your fitness and experience level. Ride Pleasant Streets - 1st Saturday Short Edition

The Urban Basin Bicycle Club is for those bicyclists interested in riding in the Urban Basin, such as downtown, OTR, Northern Kentucky and the Mill Creek Valley, exploring sights and scenery along the way. 

Some rides are themed (e.g. breweries, art deco etc.) and others are just rambling. Then we will rotate among various bars for a “debrief.” Sound good?

Urban Basin Bicycle Club - 1st Tuesday Ride

Join Tri-State Trails at Rhinegeist Brewery on Wednesday, May 8, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm for a special Bike Month Celebration! We are giving away free bike bells to the first 20 people who arrive, and we'll also have fresh copies of the updated fourth-edition Low-Stress Bike Map available. How Beer For Humans Works:
Drink beer, give back. Each month, Rhinegeist highlights four local nonprofit organizations brewing positive change in our community. This year in May, a.k.a Bike Month, Tri-State Trails is one of the featured nonprofits!
Grab a pint on Wednesdays in May (especially on May 8th during Tri-State Trails Pint Night) from 5-8 pm, receive a token with each pint purchase, explore each organization, and vote for your non-profit of choice by placing your token in their designated dropbox! You may also make a monetary donation in any dropbox. At the end of the month, each organization receives a donation based upon the amount of “votes” they receive, while the organization with the most votes receives a bonus. Join the Cincinnati Preservation Association and Queen City Bike to celebrate a double-matchup of History Month and Bike Month!

This year's bike ride features beautiful Madisonville, with interpretive stops at multiple historic sites along the route. Ride distance will be around 6-10 miles and at a conversational pace, with ride support and guidance provided by experienced cyclists.
