Join us on Saturday, Feb. 4 @ 2:00 PM for a cozy, close-to-home route that takes us up to beautiful Bechtold Park! This is one of the most gentle routes in our collection, with ZERO climbs over a 4% grade. How often do we get to say that for a ride that starts in the Ridge?!!

Departure Time: 2:00pm - Please plan to arrive early so we can all leave in a punctual fashion
Distance: 11.4 miles 
Difficulty: - Mid-level Beginners and above
Terrain: - Predominantly flat to rolling - Climbs: There are no major climbs on this route. The steepest uphill section is about a 3.4% grade. - Descents: - There are no major descents on this route.
Traffic stress: - ~95% of this ride will be on low-traffic streets
Higher-stress areas: - The busiest area will be riding between Pleasant Ridge and Silverton on Montgomery Road. Except for ~3 blocks, all of this stretch will be in the bike lane.&nbsp;
Post-ride: - We should be done with the ride by about 4:00pm.

An inclusive group ride for folks and bikes of all kinds!  We'll roll around the urban basin with routes that focus on calm streets, local knowledge, and building confident ridership.
8-12mph avg, conversational pace, less than 20 miles, never too much climbing.
No drop, very supportive, refreshments at Wooden Cask Brewery afterward.

Meet at Trailhead Coffee inside Reser Bicycle.  Parking is available at the National Band and Tag lot on Seventh or Wooden Cask Brewery on York.
Roll out at 2:15pm, please arrive a little early.

What to bring:  yourself, your bike, some water, blinkie lights, your helmet, and maybe a spare tube for your ride (we'll have a mechanic who can help in the event of needed repairs).

Join us on Sunday, Feb. 19 @ 2:00 PM as we explore multiple beautiful destinations in Walnut Hills, from the iconic to the delightfully tucked away. 😍 

This route is for the long ride crew, so it DOES include some more substantial climbs. Nothing crazy and we will wait at the tops; but you will enjoy this ride more if you have good basic bike fitness.

Note: Pre-registration helps us with safe and smooth ride management, so please do this if you can. However, don’t avoid coming just because your schedule had been uncertain. You can also register on-site—just be extra sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Departure Time: 2:00pm
- Please plan to arrive early so we can all leave in a punctual fashion
- We will meet in front of Community Happens Here
- Ride leaders will be there by 1:45pm to answer any questions

Distance: 18.8 miles

Difficulty:
- Advanced Beginner and above
- All riders should be comfortable with basic bike-handling and traffic skills
- We will regroup as needed throughout the ride

Terrain:
This route is mostly rolling, but does include a few longer climbs and descents around +/-4% grade.

Climbs:
- Art Museum Drive (~0.6 mi; max 5% grade)
- Mt. Adams Circle (~0.1 mi; max ~5% grade). Short and twisty!
- Eden Park Drive (~0.5 mi; max ~4.5-5% grade)
- Lester Avenue (~1 mi; 4-5% grade). On our way back to Pleasant Ridge.

Descents:
- Montgomery Ave (~0.4 mi; max -3.5% grade). As we roll west out of Pleasant Ridge.
- Fulton Ave (~0.2 mi; max -5.5% grade). As we bomb down to Eden Park. Yeehah!
- Art Museum Drive (~0.6 mi; max -5% grade). On the return portion of the loop around the arts complex.

Traffic stress:
- ~85% of this ride will be on low-traffic streets and multi-use paths

Higher-stress areas:
- As usual, the busiest area will be riding through the center of Pleasant Ridge (on Montgomery) as we start and finish the ride. The multiple traffic lights, the lower traffic volume on Sunday afternoons, and our presence as a group will all help to reduce the stress in this section.

- We will be there to share traffic tips and help you feel comfortable

Post-ride:
- Spontaneous post-ride plans are welcome!
- We should be done with the ride by about 4:30pm.
